Wellington College hosted the WCI staff induction, welcoming new teachers from across our international schools with an afternoon of inspiring talks, warm hospitality, and campus exploration. Highlights included opening addresses from James Dahl and Sir Anthony Seldon, a strategic overview from Fiona Carter, and introductions led by our global school leaders.
Teachers then participated in dedicated sessions led by senior leaders, including Julian Jeffrey, Simon Kenworthy, Kath Richardson, Stella Zhou, and Chris Nicholls, before joining a campus tour guided by Ed Wai, Group Estates Bursar.
This induction marked not only the beginning of a new academic chapter, but also a celebration of the global collaboration and shared purpose that define the Wellington College Education community. The event set a vibrant tone for a collaborative and impactful year ahead within the family of schools.
