Wellington College International is delighted to announce the launch of the UK University Pathway Programme (UUPP) 2026, introduced by Rachel Loaring during a whistle-stop tour across all schools in the network.
Meeting with Year 11 and 12 pupils, Rachel outlined this transformative opportunity: a 10-day immersion with leading UK universities, designed to give students a first-hand experience of higher education and a glimpse into life beyond a Wellington College International education. The programme will provide invaluable exposure to academic pathways, campus life, and career possibilities, helping students prepare for their next steps with confidence and ambition.
Rachel’s first stop was WCI Pune, where she was struck by the school’s vibrant atmosphere. She described it as “radiating kindness and curiosity, with students who balance real ambition with thoughtful engagement.” Her reflections highlight the unique spirit of each Wellington school and the shared ethos that connects the global community.
