Global Assemblies: Spotlight on Leadership and Collaboration

Our recent Global Assemblies (Episodes 12–14) brought together students and educators from across the Wellington College International family of schools, highlighting leadership journeys, student perspectives, and the power of cross-border collaboration. These assemblies continue to provide a platform for sharing ideas, experiences, and values that unite our community worldwide.

In Episode 15, Benjamin Evans, Deputy Head of Academics at Wellington College, reflects on the academic year and explores the values of toughness and competence—qualities that underpin both student success and lifelong learning.

This episode also features insights from leaders across our schools:
Chris Nicholls, Master of Wellington College International School Bangkok, on the importance of critical thinking and asking bold questions
Ed Venables, Head of Wellington College Prep School, on preparing students for a rapidly changing world
Katherine Kelly, Head of Primary at Wellington College Pune, on adapting to new cultures and building meaningful relationships

Listen to the podcast to hear these inspiring conversations and discover how our global community is shaping education for the future.
