Ruth joined Wellington in September 2023 as Housemistress of the Hardinge and Teacher of Classics. A Newnham College Cambridge graduate, she previously taught at Bromsgrove School, Cranleigh School, and Harrow International School Bangkok.
During her trip, Ruth discussed the importance of growing community and sustaining identity within our boarding houses, emphasising the creation of a sense of individual community and reinforcing the idea that our boarding houses are not just places to stay, but vibrant communities and family units.
