Ms. Melissa Meyers is a visionary and deeply experienced international school leader with a distinguished career spanning senior leadership roles across the Wellington family of schools in China and beyond.
With expertise in transformative pedagogy, she has led Early Years and Primary teams in the UK, Singapore, New Zealand, Australia, and most recently at Wellington College International Tianjin, where she served as Head of Junior School and Co-Head of Early Years.
Her leadership is defined by clarity of purpose, a passion for joyful learning, and an unwavering commitment to unlocking the potential of every child.
Through intentional character education, she cultivates values such as integrity, empathy, and responsibility, ensuring students grow into principled leaders who contribute positively to their communities.
