‘Pioneering education to serve and help shape a better world’

Wellington College Education (WCE) is the global educational network of Wellington College.  Its purpose is to align and maximise the impact of all our global education activities, directly or through partnership, with the ultimate aim of the whole being significantly greater than the sum of the individual parts. WCE leads the vision to pioneer in education to continually expand educational opportunities and further cultural connection for young people, through educational excellence and leadership, our global family of schools, education enterprise, and our broad educational impact initiatives.

 Network Positive

The underlying strategic principle of WCE is to be ‘network positive’ identifying what all schools and Wellington College partners can contribute to and benefit from. The strategy will be developed and measured both in terms of the educational offer, quality and benefit, and in terms of reputation and brand value add.

 Positioning

WCE takes its lead from The Wellington College, bringing leading education and heritage together with the pioneering work and the cultural heritage of all other parts of the network, to build a managed brand that is cohesive and coherent, that can embrace change and vary by market or usage within structured parameters.
