WCE staff network: Lee Mack (Shanghai), James He (Hangzhou), Ian Steele (Bangkok) – each serving as Director of Admissions & Marketing for their respective schools – with Kate Kelly, Head of Junior School (Pune) and Yvette Peden, Head of Senior School (Tianjin) . Their visit provided an invaluable opportunity to exchange ideas, strengthen partnerships, and celebrate the shared commitment to excellence in education.
Throughout their stay, Lee, James, and Ian engaged in insightful discussions with key leaders across Wellington College, exploring topics such as student wellbeing, safeguarding, HR, and strategic advancement. They toured key facilities, met with faculty and leadership teams, and deepened their understanding of the Wellington ethos. The visit fostered collaboration, allowing for the exchange of best practices in admissions, marketing, and school leadership.
The visit culminated in a warm and celebratory gathering with the WCI team along as well as attending Speech Day, reinforcing the strong bond between Wellington College and its international schools.
